I grew up in the hometown of the Cardinals in St. Louis, MO. Go Redbirds! In 2006, I attended Colorado Mesa University where I received my BA degree in applied professional Spanish. I then attended the University of Denver in 2012 where I received my MA degree in early elementary education with an emphasis in teaching culturally and linguistically diverse students. In 2014, I completed my Early Childhood Education certification at both Arapahoe and Red Rocks Community Colleges.
I live to travel and volunteer around the world. I like going out into nature and going on hikes. I also like to stay in the city, enjoying musical performances, and try new restaurants with good friends.
If I had one wish it would be to have all people, regardless of age, race, gender or religious beliefs to be treated equally. We are all human, and we all have a story.
